Martinet Building

The Martinet Building is a highly eclectic and historical residential and commercial structure, designed by architect Pierre Bousquet and completed in 1919. It is notable for its fusion of three architectural styles prevalent during the early French Protectorate: Art Deco, Art Nouveau, and Neo-Mauresque (Neo-Moorish). This blend reflects the experimentation of architects seeking to create a distinct Casablanca style.
